Product(s) that are currently in stock on the website will aim to be dispatched within 3-5 working days. once you have received a dispatch email for your order, please allow up to 1-2 working days for uk orders to be received, this is an estimate as we cannot control complications with couriers. We are currently only dispatching to uk addresses - if you require international delivery please contact us at hello@hummingbirddrinks.co.uk and we can discuss possible options and quotes.

Shipping costs starts at £5.99. This is subject to change depending on courier.

Couriers have the right to ask for I.D or Proof of Age when delivering due to the nature of the products we ship.

If you have any questions, delivery requirements or have a specific deadline you need to receive the products by, please send us an email before submitting your order at hello@hummingbirddrinks.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate.

Hummingbird Drinks Ltd is not responsible for local or international shipping delays.

Please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for a failed delivery if an incorrect address has inputted on your order. If you notice any mistakes, please get in touch with us immediately via email quoting your order number and any amendments that need to be made. Providing your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.

Our opening hours are Wed-Fri 16:00 - 22:00 and 14:00-22:00 on Saturdays. Should you wish to collect we will email you when your order is ready to collect and you can pop in within the opening hours. Please be cautious, we operate an open premises so a wait could be had if staff members are busy.

Please note that ID and/or proof of age may be required at collection.
