It’s time to Pour it | Drink It | Smash It. Our signature cocktail and our highest selling drink to date. The Hummingbird Smash consists of Hepple Gin, Peach, Raspberry and basil. Expertly mixed with citrus allows for a well balanced drink perfect for any time of the year. Perfect over crushed ice!
Ingredients: Hepple Gin, Peach Liqueur, Raspberry Liqueur, Basil Syrup, Citric Acid, Water.
Garnish with a Basil Leaf and a few Raspberries.
Top Tip - Add cocktail to a shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds with ice, strain and pour over crushed ice. If pouring straight over ice, chill in the fridge for two hours before use.

Love a Margarita? You’re definitely going to love this one! We have mixed citric and malic acid with spring water to create a perfectly clear lime substitute, blending that with a high quality triple sec and some of the best tequila you can get your hands on, creates a perfectly clear margarita. It may look like water, but it certainly doesn’t taste like it!
Ingredients: Tequila, Triple Sec, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Water.
Garnish with a fresh or Dehydrated lime wheel.
Top Tip: If you like a salt rim on your margarita. Add a pinch of salt to the cocktail before stirring.

Spanish for The Hummingbird Daiquiri, our El Colibiri Daiquiri is one of our favourites! Originally created for one of our founders Becca, she fell in love with the cocktail and so have the general public! Coming in second to our most sold cocktail, the El Colibiri Daiquiri has the perfect balance of sweet, sour, dry and mouthwatering! Rum mixed with peach, pineapple, citrus and a touch of Manzanilla Sherry creates a balanced drink that makes you want to come back for more!
Ingredients: Havana Club 3, Peach Liqueur, Pineapple Liqueur, Manzanilla Sherry, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Water.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel
Top Tip: Shake hard and fast with some large ice cubes to create that lovely foamy texture from the pineapple!

Espresso Martini
Based off the original recipe from Dick Bradsell in London in the early 1980’s our vodka espresso is designed so it can be made like the original, over ice, or shaken and poured in a lovely martini or Nick and Nora glass.
The perfect blend of vodka, Grounded cold brew coffee liqueur, a rich Creme De Cacao and an intense cold brew concentrate, our vodka espresso kicks with coffee and is a bit more relaxed on the sweetness. Coffee is the stand out flavour and with plenty of caffeine, it’s certainly a cocktail that will Wake You Up and F**k You Up.
Unlike other ready to drink cocktails, our Vodka Espresso does not feature a foaming agent, it’s all done from the coffee itself! What you see is what you get!
Ingredients: British Wheat Vodka, Grounded Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur , Creme De Cacao, Cold Brew Concentrate.
Garnish with three coffee beans for Health, Wealth and Happiness

Who We Are
HUMMINGBIRD started out as an exciting cocktail pop up company based in Northumberland. With rapid organic growth the business moved in to Harriet, a converted vintage Rice trailer, from there we soon moved in to Hummingbird Amble, a continental style cafe bar but there was always something else coming, something we always wanted to do, something that would bring Hummingbird into your home! Hummingbird Drinks was born!
We believe in quality! And quality was the key to our business. We source the best ingredients from local, national and international suppliers to bring you bar quality cocktails to the comfort of your home or business. With the power of some of the best ingredients we could find, we wanted to create drinks you wouldn’t just expect in a supermarket, but something you would get on a night out with a loved one, friends or over a relaxing weekend. Hummingbird Drinks was about bringing that bar experience to your home, beach, walks and garden parties. Why just settle for your standard cocktails when you can experience something on that next level.

Hummingbird was founded by Chris and Becca Green. Chris, a former award winning mixologist suffered quite badly from long Covid and while on the sick, decided to create and write some new drinks recipes, that soon turned in to a cocktail book and in the process of photographing some drinks, a local taproom asked if they would be interested in doing a pop up. The idea of Hummingbird was born there, but the name came on the build up to the first pop up. With Becca playing such an integral role to the start up, Chris didn’t want to name the business after himself so in homage to Becca and her father, Chris branded the business Hummingbird, after Becca and her fathers matching tattoos. From there, the rest is history! With Hummingbird now making it in to household and businesses around the UK we cant wait to see what the future holds.
