Refund Policy:

We take great pride in the quality and packaging of our cocktails.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to get your time back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are non refundable and we can not be held responsible for any returns that do not make it back to our premises. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs on returning the product(s) back to us. These shipping costs are non refundable but we do recommend using a trackable shipping service or take out relevant shipping insurance where possible. Product(s) will be refunded within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned order providing the product(s) are in their original condition, have not been used and they have been well packaged to ensure the product(s) arrive back to us safely and undamaged in transit. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges/Change of Mind:
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges under a change of mind policy. We will exchange a product for the same product if the item arrives damaged in transit.
